Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital product: no refunds after download

The kit is a digital product delivered instantly. Once the purchase is complete and the files are available to download, the order can't be cancelled and is not refundable.

When we will refund

• You were charged but the download page never worked and we could not fix it within 3 working days.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Write to our support email with your payment ID. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but money was debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
